I’m stuck at home. It’s a holiday so everything is closed, my friends are either not in town or don’t want to do shit and the best of all is that it’s raining. Hopefully the weather tomorrow will be better so I can wash my parent’s car.

I drink coffee for my caffeine fix the majority of the time but sometimes have tea. I enjoy chai and green teas immensely, but one just can’t beat good espresso.

Working, but a very laid back day. AM meeting in Philadelphia with our web guys, in the office for an hour or two, then I’m off to play with cars and motorcycles until it’s dark. Meeting my best man and his new lady for dinner/bowling later.

Where’s that beach? I love just staring out at the horizon when I’m at the beach. Do my best to keep everything out of my peripheral vision.

I’ve been on gateway coffees for a few months now, Lattes, mocha’s etc. But then I went to Spain a few weeks ago, they don’t have gateway drugs like mocha’s so no I’m on espressos.

The beach is Southwick, West Sussex, UK. The beaches around here cause a stir with tourists because they are covered entirely by pebbles, no sand.

I'm lucky enough to live in Ohio which for some odd reason has a huge coffee culture, something like top 10 states for coffee in the US. So I'm kinda spoiled between work and the quality roasters I have access to. I hardly drink lattes outside of work only because I don't care for our espresso blend. Can never go wrong with a good mocha though.

I’m being grumpy. Harumph! I’m recovering from a minor abdominal surgery and last night I nearly missed the last step going down the stairs. The move I made to keep from falling on my ass set my recovery back about 3 days. So I’m sore and grumpy.

I’m also helping the kids prepare for Easter, which is fun. We coloured some eggs and made bunnies and baby chicks out of marzipan. I’m going to have to start planning the egg hunt, too...
